Lindsay Rimes is a Nashville-based Australian songwriter and producer who has penned works for artists such as Kane Brown, Luke Bryan & Chase Rice

The multi award-winning talent from the Sydney suburb of Surry Hills, initially signed to EMI Music Publishing (now part of Sony/ATV) in Australia and built a solid reputation as an in-demand writer and producer, working across pop, rock and country.

Since relocating in 2014 to Nashville, Rimes has written for or with a slew of successful country artists, including co-penning Kane Brown’s single “Heaven”, which reached No. 1 on both Mediabase and Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in May 2018. The song climbed to No. 15 on the Hot 100 chart and is certified 5 x platinum

His songs have been recorded by celebrated country acts including Luke Bryan, Kelsea Ballerini, Adam Doleac, Tyler Rich, Restless Road, Chase Rice, The Cadillac Three, Lindsay Ell, LoCash, Lauren Alaina, Thomas Rhett, Dylan Scott and Drake White to name a few

His work outside of country includes contributing to South African-Australian singer-songwriter Troye Sivan’s 2014 EP TRXYE, which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart in the U.S. He additionally co-wrote the title track of fellow Aussie Kylie Minogue’s 2018 album Golden, which debuted at No. 1 in the U.K. and Australia and has been certified UK Gold
